Main Star - Own Choice

For my own choice I chose to improve my long jump so my main star was Break My P.B (personal best) In Long Jump.

I achieved this on my athletics training at ANZAC Park when I jumped 3.57m, 10 cm more then my previous P.B.

I also broke my discus P.B witch is now 13.35m, 1.08m than my previous P.B.

I have also been working on my high jump last Sunday 2 coaches came from Christchurch to help us improve on athletics.

We are spacemice
